Information on Your Right of Withdrawal

This page provides details on how to exercise your right of withdrawal when:

• Ordering EFDMA identification materials (e.g. T-shirts, patient information sheets), or
• Registering for the event FDMeets Katowice.

 

Your Legal Right of Withdrawal

According to the law, you have the right to cancel your order or registration within 14 days — without giving any reason.

This 14-day period starts on the day you receive your registration or order confirmation.

To cancel, please inform the organizer (EFDMA, Franz-Heider-Gasse 1A/B8, A-1230 Vienna, e-mail: office@fdm-europe.com) by sending a clear statement — for example, by letter or email. You may also use a withdrawal form if you prefer.

Your withdrawal is valid as long as your cancellation notice is sent within the 14-day period.

 

What Happens After You Cancel

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments you’ve made to us — no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will refund your money using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you agree to another method. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Important: If you asked us to begin providing services during the 14-day cancellation period, you will need to pay for the part of the service that was already delivered before your cancellation.
